He has undergone training in mediation and cross culture mediation from Pepperdine University, Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, USA and Advance Mediation training from The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, UK. He has attended training in ADR and Negotiation Skills. He is a member of Maadhyam, Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM), Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and CIARB UK.
