Bhavyah Garg is an advocate with a focus on arbitration, commercial litigation, civil disputes, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
She regularly advises and represents clients in contentious matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Arbitral tribunals, and various Judicial and Quasi-Judicial forums across India. Her practice encompasses domestic and international commercial arbitration, commercial and contractual disputes, civil litigation, labor, employment and industrial disputes.
Bhavyah has significant experience in arbitration-related proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and has worked on both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, including proceedings administered under the rules of institutions such as the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) and the SCOPE Forum for Conciliation and Arbitration. Her disputes practice also includes representing and advising public sector undertakings, corporations, business entities, and private individuals in complex commercial and civil disputes. She has drafted and handled pleadings and proceedings relating to recovery actions, contractual disputes, tender related matters, injunction suits, labor and industrial disputes, consumer matters, criminal complaints, and matrimonial proceedings.
Prior to becoming a Partner, Bhavyah practiced extensively in litigation and arbitration before courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR and other jurisdictions, and has independently handled a wide range of matters from drafting and strategy to client counselling and appearances.
She is known for her detail-oriented approach, procedural acumen, and commercially pragmatic handling of disputes.
